Once you have your record, please email (iaus401 at fcaglp.unlp.edu.ar) to arrange the transfer of heavy files.

Posters

We will upload all posters in PDF format to the Virtual Posters Room. All participants will be able to access the room, view, and comment on all posters from both virtual and in-person authors.

Moreover, we ask the authors to prepare a 3-4-minute “flash talk” on their contributions. A typical flash talk has 1-2 slides.

The poster flash talks will be presented at assigned times from Monday, 4th, till Wednesday, 6th. The presentation will be streamed on Zoom.

The contributions must be emailed to (iaus401 at fcaglp.unlp.edu.ar). The Virtual Poster Room will open on July 20th.

In-person participants:

The poster (A0 size, vertical) will be displayed in the venue for the whole week. You can present your flash talk live or email us the recorded flash talk, which will be played during the allotted time.

Virtual participants:

We kindly ask the authors to record and email us the “flash talk” for their posters.
