The proceedings of IAU symposia are routinely published by the Cambridge University Press using the ScholarOne online submission system. They will be published electronically; the waiver was included in the registration fee for IAU S-401 for both in-person and online participants.

The limit extensions are 16 pages for Plenary contributions, 10 for Invited talks, 6 for oral contributions, and 2 for posters. These limits are the same for both online and on-site participants.

After finishing your contribution, authors have to register at: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iau. 

Once logged in, go to the Author button on the upper-left side. 

Then, start a new submission and select IAU S401 from the drop-down menu.
