• 4 November 2024: Registration (in-person and online), abstract submission, and IAU Travel Grants application open

• 2 December 2024: Payment open

• 3 March 2025: Deadline for in-person early bird payment

• 20 April 2025: Abstract submission for oral/poster communications and IAU Travel Grants application deadline

• Beginning of May 2025: Notification of the IAU Travel Grants acceptance. Notification of the abstracts’ acceptance 

• 2 June 2025: Deadline for late abstract submissions

• 9 June 2025: Schedule for all accepted submissions (i.e., oral/poster selection, date, time, etc.)
